the room was new-fashioned and equipped with a very high quality of interior design, terrace, amazing view. a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets was a plus.

our king suite had central heating and a work desk. the hotel's location was absolutely incredible, near the sasso barisano, italy and the centre of matera.

Enjoyed my stay here once again. They offer a wide range of breakfast options 🥐. the location is unbeatable and the staff is extremely welcoming. Don't miss the nearby Austin bar just a short walk away.

We had a just perfect time in this small hotel in Matera. Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms with a fantastic view. Hair dryers, a bidet, and bath sheets was a plus. The property was in an unbeatable location very close to the Sasso Barisano, the Sassi and thus the location, and the centre of historical matera.

Single room with beautiful view was the best. The staff were really helpful and very professional at this place. The location was perfect in the very centre. Besides, it was not far from the center, wonderful Matera and the Sasso Caveoso and the Sasso Barisano.

The hotel features free WiFi throughout the property, which was a blessing for someone like me who cannot be separated from their virtual world even for a second. I was able to update my social media feeds and share envy-worthy pictures of Matera faster than a cheetah chasing its prey!

Parking area was a bit far.

Upon arrival, the room was beautifully styled and modern with a stunning view; the staff and owner were friendly and accommodating, and the location was central in a lovely area.

Located in the very center of the city, L'Incanto Luxury Rooms offers a convenient base for exploring all that the city has to offer. Its position provides easy access to the main attractions and is just a few minutes' walk from the new part of town. The rooms are clean and spacious, with separate sitting areas and comfortable beds. The breakfast is delicious and varied, showcasing local breads and pastries. Guests can also enjoy stunning views of the city from the shared terrace.

The noise level in the morning due to the central location may disturb light sleepers.

The hotel features free wifi throughout the property, which is a lifesaver for digital nomads like myself. It's like having a trusty sidekick that never lets you down, always there to help you conquer the online world.

Stunning interior design and high-quality fixtures and fittings. The beds were large and comfortable. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially at night. The location was ideal as it was right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. The breakfast offered a wide variety of local products and was delicious.

The noise level in the morning was quite high, so it was difficult to sleep in. The parking situation was a bit inconvenient as it was some distance away from the hotel.

l'incanto luxury rooms surpassed our previous stay in matera. communication was excellent, the owner and his mother were welcoming and gave us a lovely overview of the city. the breakfast on the terrace with a view of sasso baresano was amazing. wifi worked perfectly.

Language barrier, host spoke little english.

Free WiFi? How generous! They even had the audacity to offer it throughout the whole property! What an incredible luxury. And to make things even more exciting, the airport was a staggering 54 km away. Truly an exceptional experience.

We stayed at a hotel that is perfectly situated, with a delightful atmosphere and friendly staff. The location is so ideal, right in the middle of everything but still a quiet little oasis. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning, offering a front-row seat to the beauty of the surroundings. The breakfast was fresh and brought up to our room each morning, leaving us feeling spoiled. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the staff were exceptional. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

There was a minor issue with the room's height, and I bumped my head on the roof a few times.

My stay at L'Incanto was perfect! The location is ideal, situated between both Sassi districts and a short walk from the new part of town. The building is beautifully renovated and the owners and staff are incredibly friendly. The single room felt more like a separate apartment, complete with a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. The breakfast, delivered to my door, was abundant and delicious. The shared terrace offered the best view in Matera. I highly recommend L'Incanto and hope to stay again!
